The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers who offer only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer services. The Collectibles team is a rapidly growing category within Walmart’s Marketplace. The Senior Manager, Planning & Programs within Marketplace Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for managing planning and key growth initiatives to support marketplace sales for the Collectibles division. You will create, maintain, and improve plans to ensure sales, profit and other financial goals are met. You will also serve as the program leader and key liaison for assortment health. This role will drive strategic alignment and innovation using data-driven insights, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Marketplace Collectibles. You’ll

make an impact by: Leading the divisional annual, quarterly and monthly planning process:
in collaboration with finance and marketplace leadership, drive AOP, forecast and weekly reporting process and inputs, and present outcomes for the division, including tops-down and bottoms-up approaches to meet goals. Driving opportunity sizing and evaluation of new capabilities:
develop analyses in support of new product launches and business concepts, to support prioritization; following key launches, analyze results in support of hindsight and future planning. Partnering cross-functionally:
build relationships with cross-functional partners to achieve aligned goals for the business; collaborate with Walmart Fulfillment Services to identify opportunities and resolve blockers; collaborate with marketplace finance, analytics, leads and strategic account managers on planning and forecasting. Perform analyses
to evaluate and develop assortment strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize mission critical programs. Track/report performance and remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance. Drive strategic initiatives , identifying and implementing vertical business and seller growth initiatives in conjunction with relevant strategy and product teams, and managing specific features, functionalities, and tooling enhancements through development, business cases, product requirements, and overall project management. Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. Option 2:
6 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years’ experience in merchandise planning or related fields such as strategic finance/FP&A, data analytics, omni-channel merchandising. E-commerce and marketplace experience strongly desired. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis. Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables. Experience leveraging data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) to access insights and adjust reports. Location and benefits
Primary locations include Bentonville, AR and San Bruno, CA with salary ranges depending on location. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 in Bentonville, AR and $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 in San Bruno, CA. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance, PTO/PPTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, voting, disability coverage, and other employer programs.
