Job Summary

The Aftermarket Account Manager will identify opportunities to expand Caterpillar’s aftermarket offerings in support of data center customers and Caterpillar Dealers in the EAME Region. This critical position works independently with Aftersales and Global Account Managers to execute our broader EPD and Global Account Strategy in the Region. The selected candidate will be under the direct supervision of the Aftermarket Manager. Responsibilities

Support EPD’s data center Aftermarket Strategy. Be the voice of named data center customers into the broader EPD business. Work with customers and Caterpillar dealers directly to understand needs and opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with data center customers and Caterpillar dealers. Develop an intimate understanding of our installed base within the Region. Act as the focal point of Caterpillar Dealer readiness: identify Caterpillar Dealer capabilities and areas of improvement to support data center customers. Collaborate with other regional Caterpillar partners. Qualifications

Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision‑making process and associated tools; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment; applies techniques for critical thinking in decision making; identifies, obtains, and organizes relevant data; participates in documenting data and stakeholders; assesses risks and alternatives. Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas and needs; delivers helpful feedback; listens to feedback and uses it for own communication effectiveness; makes oral presentations and writes reports; avoids technical jargon; considers non‑verbal cues. Negotiating : Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors; ensures negotiators have awareness of complementary yet diverse interests; completes significant negotiations; protects position while allowing win‑win outcomes; identifies similarities and differences; addresses lack of progress or stalemate. Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship‑management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers; communicates expectations; negotiates terms; conducts periodic reviews; maintains productive, long‑term relationships; creates opportunities to educate support teams; empowers others to establish collaborative, healthy relationships. Account Management : Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day‑to‑day activities, providing services and support to existing clients; participates in coordinating a team sale; uses proper resources for day‑to‑day support; analyzes sales history; coordinates with internal support functions; provides account support to specific customers. Additional Information

This position is located in Dallas, TX; Lafayette, IN; Alpharetta, GA; or Griffin, GA. Domestic travel up to 50% and minimal international travel required. Domestic relocation assistance may be offered for this position. Visa sponsorship is not offered. Requires a 5‑day‑a‑week schedule in the office. Benefits
