Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join their team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either commercial roofing accounts or extensive experience in residential roofing sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial or residential roofing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry contacts.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in roofing sales, with a focus on either commercial or residential sectors.
Strong network of contacts within the commercial accounts or residential markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the DFW area.
Qualifications
Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
