Inside Sales & Service Specialist

to join our U.S. team in

Atlanta, Georgia .

Position Overview The

Inside Sales & Service Specialist

supports Resol USA’s commercial growth by managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. This role partners closely with our sales representatives, operations, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the design, furniture, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

Provide quotes, product information, and support to dealers, distributors, and design professionals.

Process sales orders accurately and follow through on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.

Support the outside sales team with client follow-ups, sample requests, and project tracking.

Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activities in the company’s CRM system.

Assist in trade show preparation and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish to communicate with the company’s headquarters in Spain.

2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations, ideally within furniture, design, or contract furnishings.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Experience using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Interest in design, furniture, and architecture is highly valued.
