We’re looking for a team player who enjoys helping others and delivering exceptional service. As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the front‑line ambassador for Massage Envy, promoting our Wellness Program, booking appointments, and encouraging retail sales.

Qualified Candidates High school diploma (or equivalent); retail or sales experience preferred Strong critical thinking, math, computer skills, and ability to multitask Excellent people skills, able to build positive relationships with guests General knowledge of massage and skin care services; supporters of total body care
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service; make guests feel valued Educate clients on new/expanded services, sell Wellness Program, book services, encourage home‑care retail purchases Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, address questions Grow and retain client base through in‑person and phone/email outreach
