We are seeking an

Enterprise Inside Sales Representative

to fuel growth by researching accounts, engaging prospects, and generating qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will leverage tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify key decision‑makers, craft tailored outreach, and drive demand through calls, email, and social channels. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to advance top accounts, assist in closing smaller enterprise deals, and represent XOi at industry events. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Target and penetrate target accounts utilizing outbound prospecting skills—research accounts, identify key personas, generate interest, and develop accounts to drive demand.

Use CRM data and other tools to determine the right strategies to connect with prospective buyers.

Lead outbound interaction with Enterprise prospects through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media) to engage and qualify them for further sales engagement.

Collaborate weekly with Enterprise Account Executives to create actionable plans for “Top 20 Accounts” and ensure next steps are defined and addressed with prospects.

Work with sales team and marketing to develop and refine prospect‑tailored messaging and approach.

Prepare comprehensive executive summaries for each introductory call, including research on participants, insights into goals, gaps, and recap of previous conversations.

Maintain accurate records within Salesforce: update contact info, track progress, log activities, and research executive changes.

Schedule and organize discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives to assess customer viability with XOi.

Participate in industry events and trade shows to network, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective clients.

Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and competitor strategies to position XOi’s offerings.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or Account Executive; cold calling experience preferred in SaaS, Field Service Management Software, or Construction Software.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas and KPIs.

Strong time‑management skills, focusing on high‑value activities.

Ability to research accounts, uncover needs, and consultatively persuade decision‑makers.

Professional communication skills with a focus on customer experience.

Sense of urgency in achieving quotas and serving prospective customers.

Comfortable communicating and working with all levels, including C‑level.

Ability to thrive and adapt in a high‑growth, fast‑paced sales environment.

Proficiency with sales tools (Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator).

Experience with G‑Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Travel: willing to travel once or twice a quarter as needed.

Tenacious, eager to communicate value to customers, and committed to closing deals.
