Available Roles
Simulation Engineer: Set up and maintain simulation environments, develop auto‑annotation tools and synthetic data pipelines.
ML/CV Engineer (Model Fine‑Tuning): Support data curation, model training and evaluation, and fine‑tune AI/ML models in simulated and real‑world environments.
Robotics Engineer (Hardware Integration): Install and calibrate robotic hardware (arms, cameras, grippers), perform system integration and testing.
QA/Validation Engineer: Conduct ablation testing (lighting, pose, occlusion), track performance metrics and document validation results.
Qualifications
B.S./M.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong foundation in programming (Python, C++, or similar).
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), simulation tools (e.g., ROS, Gazebo), or robotic hardware is a plus.
Passion for robotics, AI, and solving real‑world challenges.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
