Lead and develop a team of analytical and strategic performers Drive strategy to optimize the performance of a large Client Success team Analyze and build growth performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, retention, and renewals Generate and deliver regular executive-level communication and insights Own the data platform infrastructure and tooling for the growth organization Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree required 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years in a Growth Operations role Experience managing and scaling a team effectively Proven ability to leverage and analyze data for strategic insights Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization (Looker, Tableau) Preferred Qualifications
