Business & Supply Chain Analyst

As part of the Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team, the Business & Supply Chain Analyst will provide Logistics, Procurement and Sourcing Teams with analytical support to process improvement efforts, ad‑hoc projects, ongoing strategies, and leadership reporting. The role supports key areas and categories including Ports, Shore Excursions, Technical, IT, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Freight, Marketing, Air Travel, Retail, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
This position is responsible for working on a daily basis with key stakeholders across Corporate and Brands to provide analytical support for sourcing, procurement and supply‑chain initiatives, conducting in‑depth analysis and making recommendations that drive business improvements. Positive relationship building with the ability to be influential without direct authority, resilience to ambiguity, and an ability to work in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment are required.
Typical challenges include non‑harmonized data from multiple systems, data analysis, critical thinking, problem solving and document preparation. The analyst will interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, and directly contribute to critical business decisions that optimize supply‑chain, procurement, and sourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project‑level analytical support
Support Supply Chain, Procurement Operations & Sourcing efforts
Develop, track and report KPIs including dashboard development
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and develop recommendations
Gather, organize, reconcile, and clean large data sets; conduct relevant analyses
Prepare management presentations and PowerPoint decks summarizing findings and potential opportunities
Standardize spend data across brands and create interactive dashboards
Map end‑to‑end processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities
Develop implementation plans, timelines, and assign responsibilities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across 8 global brands throughout the process
Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, buy‑vs‑lease and ship‑vs‑buy assessments, what‑if analysis, and custom spend reports
Perform market research and synthesize findings for presentation
Work with systems teams to continuously improve sourcing systems (Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
Maintain supply‑chain master data governance activities
Run and manage eSourcing events when needed
Work with Category leads, PMO and Finance teams to accurately measure, validate and report savings
Monitor savings, identify risks and appropriately report or escalated issues
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical, process improvement and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL or Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau
Experience with procurement systems (Oracle, Ariba, Coupa); drive adoption and support data governance
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence executives and stakeholders
Organized, capable of prioritizing multiple requests simultaneously; self‑motivated “go‑getter” attitude
Experience or interest in travel, tourism, or freight logistics preferred but not required
Knowledge of workplace policies, team collaboration tools, and professional safety standards (HESS)
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
2‑3 years of experience driving results in business analysis, process improvement, or finance
Experience with sourcing or supply‑chain exposure preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CPSM or similar certifications desirable but not required
