Operate ships and water vessels in various water bodies, ensuring safety and compliance Conduct thorough inspections of vessels and equipment before voyages Deploy, tow, and anchor containment boom and spill response equipment as necessary Provide clear direction to crew and passengers during navigational hazards Document and maintain required vessel logs and inspections Qualifications
Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience Prior knowledge and experience in oil response Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documentation and regulations Valid driver’s license Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage work delivery expectations Preferred Qualifications
USCG Merchant Mariner Credential as Master of 1600 Gross Registered Tons (GRT) for Oceans with Radar license Cold-Water Survival Certificate (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Tankerman PIC endorsement API Rigger and Hydraulic Crane Operator certificates (or ability to obtain) US Passport, or ability to obtain #EnvironmentalServices #SafetyFirst #CareerGrowth #Sustainability #MaritimeJobs We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
