Responsibilities

Respond to

Zillow Flex and Homelight leads

quickly and professionally

Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals

Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts

Attend inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure a smooth transaction

Update clients consistently and maintain excellent communication

Use

Follow Up Boss CRM

to manage the pipeline and follow-up tasks

Participate in

team meetings, trainings, and roleplays

weekly

Work collaboratively with our

in-house support staff

(listing coordination, transaction management, and client success team)

Maintain accountability through tracking and performance goals

Qualifications

Active California Real Estate License

(required)

Full-time commitment to real estate (not part-time or dual-career)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong follow-up and organization

Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn

Must live in or be willing to commute to the

Inland Empire or the Coachella Valley

Compensation $103,000 at plan earnings
