Overview
Financial Operations Specialist - Bookkeeper role overseeing the full financial operations for two growing businesses. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can communicate the financial story behind the numbers and collaborate with multiple owners and leadership teams. You will manage all QuickBooks financials and ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting across both entities. What You'll Do
Own and manage all QuickBooks financials across two businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle full-cycle bookkeeping: reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, purchase orders, accounts receivable, inventory management, and fixed asset management. Create and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed. Prepare monthly financial summaries and provide clear updates on the financial health of both businesses. Maintain transparency and accuracy in reporting, ensuring all owners have visibility into performance. Navigate multiple owners, personalities, and priorities with professionalism and discretion. Partner closely with leadership to support decision-making and financial planning. What You\'ll Bring
5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably managing multiple entities. Strong QuickBooks expertise (Online and/or Desktop). Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate financial data to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Integrity, accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping processes and financial operations. Preferred: Experience with small business operations or startups. Familiarity with basic financial reporting and cash flow analysis. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00/hour + benefits Benefits:
