The Associate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer supports the design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise automations under the guidance of senior RPA developers and the RPA Architect. This role focuses on low-to-moderate-complexity automations, ongoing monitoring, and first-line troubleshooting. Working with cross-functional teams, the Associate Developer will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to help deliver reliable, scalable RPA solutions across business units and functions. What You Will Do

Develop stable, secure, and maintainable UiPath automations (attended and unattended) for clearly defined use cases Build workflows within UiPath’s REFramework with guidance from senior staff Monitor bots post-deployment, triage production issues, and implement fixes for low-complexity defects Create and update technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, runbooks) to support knowledge transfer and audits Execute unit tests and support user-acceptance testing using HCHB and industry best practices Follow established coding standards, methodologies, QA/testing procedures, and recommend incremental improvements Remain open to learning new automation tools, scripting languages, and best practices as opportunities arise Assist senior developers with data gathering, process mapping, and code reviews as part of Agile delivery cycles What You Will Bring

Required Skills

Proficiency with at least one of the following programming languages/tools: C#, VB.NET, or Python Familiarity with at least one of the following: PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to align technical solutions to functional requirements and follow detailed specifications Clear written and verbal communication skills, including concise documentation and status reporting Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to accept feedback and mentoring Experience

1+ years overall software development experience 6+ months hands-on experience with UiPath Studio preferred Exposure to Citrix or other virtualized environments is a plus Familiarity with UiPath’s REFramework and basic RPA testing/QA concepts Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery teams is advantageous Experience working on cross-functional teams Education / Certification / Training

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered) Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred, including but not limited to: UiPath Automation Developer Associate Microsoft Power Automate Fundamentals Automation Anywhere Essentials About Us
