What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business and accounts of 3,000+ employees
Deliver accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts based on pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC qualification
Build and execute scalable outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing
Instill a culture of MEDDPICC mastery and coach team members on strategic selling and negotiation
Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in the cybersecurity, identity & access management, or password management space
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the needs of CISOs and IT teams
Expertise in MEDDPICC as a coaching and execution discipline
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Personal or professional familiarity with 1Password or similar security tools
Strong network in the security space with experience selling to Fortune 500 organizations
Experience in driving revenue growth in high‑velocity and complex sales environments
