Job Description
This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco or New York City. This role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Business Development (BD) team drives growth, engagement, and monetization globally through partnerships. You will collaborate with Product Management to conceive and execute product integration opportunities, articulate partner strategies, identify and execute deals, and manage partnerships and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role supports strategic measurement initiatives to accelerate growth for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
We are looking for a business development professional to identify and grow high-impact partnerships that accelerate LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Responsibilities include identifying, executing, and managing partnerships and strategies based on analyses of market opportunities in enterprise B2B tech, measurement, and analytics. The ideal candidate has relevant partnership experience in the advertising measurement industry, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for LinkedIn and the B2B space.
Responsibilities
Defining partnership and program strategies to grow the business.
Identifying and building business cases for high-potential partnership opportunities using data analysis and insights.
Structuring and negotiating agreements with prospective partners, coordinating with Legal, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive deal points.
Managing and optimizing a portfolio of partnerships to support global growth.
Developing understanding of LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business and advising leadership on future products and strategy.
Synthesizing ecosystem insights about the digital advertising industry and innovations in advertising measurement for LinkedIn leaders.
Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Legal to drive value through partnerships and BD visibility.
Travel may be required for this role.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in a business development or strategy role.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with platform or product partnerships.
Experience in the digital advertising or marketing industries.
Experience scaling businesses, partnerships and programs globally.
Experience connecting business opportunities and use cases to technical and operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in or advising in the B2B advertising and marketing space.
Experience and interest in Ads Measurement and optimization and knowledge of industry approaches used by ad platforms, customers, and 3P vendors.
Experience in analytical roles (e.g., consulting, investment banking, M&A/Corporate Strategy or Business Operations).
Interest in LinkedIn’s products and partnering with 3rd-parties to create new experiences for members and customers.
Ability to work independently across multiple groups in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ownership mindset and focus on LinkedIn’s members, customers, and partners’ success.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
