Marketing Manager
who’s ready to take our brand, customer engagement, and lead generation to the next level. This role is perfect for a strategic, hands‑on marketer who understands how to tell a compelling story, build a strong digital presence, and drive measurable results.
You’ll be part of a team that helps people during one of the toughest moments in their lives — and you’ll shape how they find and connect with us. Working closely with our executive leadership and sales teams, you’ll develop marketing strategies that build trust, enhance visibility, and convert leads into clients.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
Manage all marketing channels including social media, digital ads, SEO, email, and community outreach
Create campaigns that support sales objectives and build customer trust
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Oversee the creation of content — blogs, graphics, videos, and advertisements
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and business growth goals
Research competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
Who You Are:
A creative, data‑driven marketer with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
Experienced in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales and operations
Familiar with lead generation, SEO, and performance analytics
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced company
