Job Title: Workday Developer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, build, and support Workday integrations, reports, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reports, with a solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes. Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs. Design and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) within Workday. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Maintain and support existing Workday integrations and configurations. Participate in Workday releases and ensure seamless adoption of new features. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2–5 years of Workday development experience. Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and BIRT. Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules. Understanding of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and web service integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Workday Certification (Integration or Reporting). Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
