What You’ll Do
Support the planning, setup, and breakdown of community activations, retail pop-ups, and live brand events.
Engage with customers face-to-face, explaining product features, offers, and benefits with enthusiasm and confidence.
Turn on-site interest into immediate sales or qualified leads.
Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
Capture feedback, track engagement data, and share insights with leadership to improve future campaigns.
Assist with inventory management, promotional materials, and light social media coverage during activations.
Keep event spaces clean, professional, and visually appealing at all times.

Excellent communication skills and a knack for persuasion.
A competitive, goal-oriented attitude and a love of teamwork.
Ability to think quickly, adapt to different personalities, and stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as events require.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (bonus points for marketing, communications, or business coursework).
Previous experience in promotions, retail, events, or sales is a plus — but not required if you’re eager to learn.
