As a Workplace Ambassador, you\'ll serve as the welcoming face and trusted advisor for our office environment, ensuring colleagues and guests have an exceptional workplace experience. This role combines hospitality excellence with operational support, acting as the central point of contact for site amenities, work requests, conference room assistance, and various services that enhance daily operations. You\'ll anticipate needs, build meaningful relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery at every touchpoint, allowing colleagues to focus on their core work while you handle the administrative details that make the workplace run smoothly. What your day-to-day will look like: Conduct daily site walks and assessments, completing condition reports and ensuring meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are ready-to-use Triage and manage all work requests through Corrigo system, providing status updates and coordinating with facilities teams Serve as primary point of contact for colleague inquiries, conference room support, and VIP assistance needs Participate in daily team huddles and monitor reception communications as scheduled Provide biweekly site tours for new hires and support colleague engagement initiatives and events Collaborate with FM, Engineering, Events teams, and vendors to maintain optimal workspace functionality Administer workplace policies including clean desk protocols and appropriate space usage Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, events operations, or property management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in corporate workplace or facility management environments Knowledge of work order management systems or similar ticketing platforms Event coordination or meeting management experience Familiarity with AV equipment and conference room technology Experience with vendor management and service level agreement monitoring Background in onboarding support or new hire orientation programs Hospitality industry experience with focus on guest relations Compensation
Estimated compensation for this position:
58,000.00 – 71,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Location
