About The Job As an
In-House Sales Manager , you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. Shapes Strategy Supports the DOS by challenging the way things have always been done; looking at problems, processes and solutions in new ways; and identifying novel solutions to old problems by trying new methods and technologies. This includes enhancing business results, the customer experience, improving efficiencies, increased cash down payment at the point of sale, etc. Creating competitive, breakthrough strategies and plans. Build And Lead Talent Responsible for Scheduling/Coordinating all new hire & advanced training. Conducts annual sales rides and reviews of the VCs. Leads Advanced Sales Training for VC’s when necessary and helps to develop monthly training calendar with DOS. Coaches, develops, empowers measures, monitors and mentors VCs for current business needs and future leadership positions to support succession planning. Assists with recruitment and selection of new hires. Participates in the interview process. Assists with the performance management process with team members. Strive For Results Conducts motivational, meaningful morning sales meetings. Manages the VCs and holds them accountable for adherence to policies and procedures. Generates maximum performance in the sales force by applying predefined metrics. Ensures that all new contracts are completed properly and processed according to current policy. About You To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Previous Sales Management experience in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is highly preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a TO closing sales. At least 3 years of “branded” timeshare/vacation ownership Sales experience. High School graduate or equivalent On our own, we’re outstanding.
