Monday – Friday 5:30 AM start Mandatory overtime Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations is to support the Warehouse Supervisor by managing the warehouse floor, coordinating shipments, delegating work, producing performance reports, and communicating with customers regarding disruptions. Responsibilities
Assist with training new employees on company and departmental procedures. Work closely with leadership to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards. Coordinate housekeeping, inventory control, and compliance with QRA and safety regulations. Plan and coordinate daily workflow and assignments with supervisors. Lead team meetings, including safety and quality discussions. Resolve minor employee issues and general inquiries. Participate in production as needed. Qualifications
4+ years of related warehouse experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow‑up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). Willingness and ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred). High School Diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience leading a team and providing employee feedback. Knowledge of WMS systems. What is expected of you and others at this level

Provide technical guidance and training to others. Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Resolve complex problems independently. Recommend improvements and aid in implementation. Adhere to quality guidelines with minimal supervision. Make decisions within established guidelines. Guide less experienced team members. Compensation
Hourly range: $22.30 – $32.00 per hour. Bonus eligible: No. Benefits
