Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Note: Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. What You'll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, appropriate for an armed patrol role at a government location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity. Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with site protocols. Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate and support access control measures as required by the location. Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and site guidelines. Work environments and conditions may vary depending on the government location. Minimum Requirements
3 years or more of prior law enforcement, military or adult corrections experience or a complete bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice is required. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
