Arctic Nite Lanes Bowling Center, featuring 12 lanes, a modern lighting system, and daily food specials, is seeking team members to provide food and entertainment for military members, civilians, and families.

Applications are reviewed every Friday at 8:00 AM until positions are filled. Responsibilities
Set up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads, desserts, bread, and beverages on a serving line. Remove dishes and trays from tables. Operate, clean, and maintain all electrical food preparation equipment. Clean kitchen equipment including worktables, sinks, and refrigerators. Separate food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware in the dishwashing area. Load and operate dishwashers; store cleaned dishes, glasses, and silverware. Clean tables, counters, vacuum and shampoo carpets, sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash windows, walls, and sanitize trashcans. Sort, wash, peel, and cut fresh fruits and vegetables.
