We are looking for a dedicated Vendor Collections Management Analyst like you to be a part of our team. The Vendor Collections Management Analyst is responsible for performing account reviews, follow-up and resolution of bad debt accounts. What you will do in this role: be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients and agencies related to aged receivables, review bad debt, bankruptcy, and deceased patient accounts to ensure that accounts follow appropriate collections and billing protocols according to SSC and corporate policy, review correspondence in the CWF system and take appropriate account and document action, review aged accounts placed with outside collection vendors to ensure collection activity is still viable and appropriate, analyze accounts for legal pursuit by outside collection vendors, respond to requests, which include researching payments, contractual adjustments, payment arrangements, audits, etc., ensure vendor inventories reconcile to SSC systems by completing recons and updating I-Plans and/or placements as needed by the end of each month, handle inquiries regarding estate and bankruptcy accounts from patients and/or vendors, assist with the Medicaid Eligibility vendor reconciliation, as requested. You will also manage the onboarding and termination process for vendors. Handle all calls, emails, eRequest, and correspondence from collection agencies. What qualifications you will need: at least 1 year of related experience is required. Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare.
