Senior Account Supervisor

to join our digital health team in Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta offices. In this role, you will help a global pharmaceutical company communicate with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and health stakeholders about innovative products that impact people’s lives. You will plan and manage digital communications and marketing techniques to help clients achieve their objectives. Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadlines, and budget adherence Contribute to creation of digital communications plans and goals; manage day-to-day tasks to execute against these plans Oversee production of high-quality content; partner with creative teams to ensure content resonates with target audiences, particularly on social media Build relationships with internal specialists (paid media, content, creative, planning, analytics) and senior stakeholders to meet client needs Dive into niche subject matter for clients and industries to derive data, insights, and actions Understand measurement and KPIs to ensure programs perform against success metrics Monitor social conversation around clients’ products and provide learnings-based recommendations Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor, and report on paid media campaigns Champion projects from start to finish with a results-driven mindset Provide excellent client service support: drive conversations, meet deadlines, troubleshoot challenges Participate in client annual communication and marketing planning, bringing fresh ideas to grow and support the business Identify potential client growth opportunities in the digital space and empower the team to execute Supervise staff through mentoring, motivation, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Basic Qualifications

At least 6+ years of relevant experience in digital-related marketing or related fields A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications

Passion for and curiosity in healthcare; familiarity with healthcare industry trends/regulations related to digital projects Healthcare professional communications (HCP) experience Strong grasp of social media and digital marketing channels, tools, and platform updates Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment Exceptional project management skills and ability to own deliverables from start to finish Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing client and vendor communications and campaigns with measurable results Comfort with managing-up and navigating complex relationships Experience with paid media, email marketing, marketing automation tools, and/or SEO Expertise in latest digital content formats and best practices Ability to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously Compensation and Benefits

$86,000 - $138,000 a year. The final pay position is based on factors including education, experience, location, performance, and business needs. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, Paid Time Off, and region-specific benefits.
