Culinary Manager

oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistent presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This role combines hands-on culinary expertise with strong leadership to guide and inspire a talented kitchen team. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate kitchen staff to follow proper safety, health, sanitation and food preparation practices, with a focus on cooking, plating and service for residents. Cultivate teamwork to achieve the goal of excellent care and food service for residents. Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule kitchen staff. Provide a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents as a supportive presence. Requirements

Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager. Certification in a Dietary Manager Course or an associate’s degree in culinary/hospitality management. Current and valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate. Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
