Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to ethical, client-centered care and a passion for helping children thrive. Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Design and implement evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs. Provide direct supervision and training for RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and professional development. Conduct skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, SRS-2) and adjust goals accordingly. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify programs as needed. Provide caregiver training and coaching to support treatment consistency at home and in the community. Collaboration & Communication Maintain regular communication with families, school staff, and other professionals involved in client care. Document progress and submit reports in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews to optimize treatment outcomes. Technology & Compliance Use ABA software, such as
Passage Health , for data collection, treatment planning, and reporting. Comfort with technology and proficiency in
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and other digital tools
used for collaboration and documentation. Adhere to
BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and company policies . Ensure compliance with insurance authorization requirements and documentation standards. Qualifications Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
and in good standing with the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) . Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a BCBA in the state of
Georgia . Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment methodologies. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes and community settings. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a BCBA. Experience providing in-home or community-based ABA therapy. Familiarity with insurance billing and authorization processes.
