Overview We’re seeking an experienced and proactive
ServiceNow Lead
to take ownership of the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules across our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive innovation, streamline IT operations, and ensure ServiceNow aligns with both business goals and technical infrastructure - including AWS environments.
As a ServiceNow Lead, you'll collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, DevOps, and federal customers to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.)
Develop and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, and reports
Serve as the primary ServiceNow subject-matter expert, driving adoption and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow administrators and developers
Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure accurate CMDB and AWS integration
Define and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow use across the organization
Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA or 12 years of experience and a HS Degree/Diploma.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including implementation and administration
Proven expertise with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery
Strong technical leadership experience and ability to guide cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of servers, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure
Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS (EC2, S3, VPCs, automation tools)
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and ServiceNow scripting/customization
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate)
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.)

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
