Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide clear answers to customers.
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written & spoken.
Excellent customer service skills and comfort with video/audio tools.
Passionate about helping clients and enhancing the brand.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range varies by location: Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50; Illinois $27.50 - $34.80; Maryland $27.50 - $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50; New York $28.80 - $36.50; Ohio $24.80 - $30.30; Vermont $27.50 - $34.80; Washington $28.80 - $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
