Roberts Wealth Management has built a powerful, multi-state marketing engine for one reason: to fill the calendars of our advisors with a consistent flow of pre‑qualified, high‑value retirement‑aged prospects.

We don’t need you to find clients. We need you to close them.

This is not a typical advisor role; it is a strategic platform for a proven sales professional to focus exclusively on high‑value, client‑facing activities. You will step into a system where the marketing, administrative, and operational burdens are handled by a dedicated internal team. Your sole mandate is to leverage our proprietary “Roberts Way” planning process to convert warm leads into long‑term clients, gather assets, and drive revenue. Success is measured by your ability to diagnose needs, present compelling solutions, and decisively close new business in a structured, high‑volume environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Command a full calendar

of firm‑generated prospect meetings, conducting comprehensive discovery sessions to uncover client goals, risk tolerance, and retirement income needs.

Architect and present tailored financial plans

that integrate managed money solutions (AUM) and fixed indexed annuities (FIAs) to solve complex retirement challenges.

Convert qualified prospects into clients

by articulating clear, compelling recommendations, confidently handling objections, and guiding them to implementation.

Leverage a dedicated support team —including paraplanners, application specialists, and client service staff—to manage all non‑client‑facing workflow, from plan preparation to paperwork processing.

Drive significant personal income

by meeting and exceeding firm benchmarks for client conversion rates, assets gathered, and annuity production in an uncapped commission environment.

Operate with fiduciary integrity , maintaining immaculate compliance documentation and ensuring every recommendation serves the client’s best interest.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

Active Life Insurance License

Minimum 2+ years

of documented success in a client‑facing financial sales role with a proven track record of closing business and meeting production targets.

Impeccable compliance record

and a commitment to the fiduciary standard.

Exceptional communication skills

and the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with mass affluent retirees.

Preferred Experience

Direct experience

serving the mass affluent retirement market ($500K–$5M+ investable assets).

Deep product knowledge

in both fee‑based managed money and fixed indexed annuities.
