As part of our team, youll work one-on-one with clients to create personalized insurance and financial solutions, while building meaningful relationships and a career you’re proud of. We support you every step of the way: No finance background? No problem—sales, service, or people-facing experience is a big plus! First step, get licensed. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales representative business. Next, we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam*, which includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. Award winning mentorship and training programs that support your move into sales leadership and wealth management. Income support to get you started on top of your commissions and bonuses. *This is an entry-level exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that is a crucial step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.
