$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr Adecco is seeking a polished and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruiting and employee relations efforts across both corporate and manufacturing functions for our client. This role will play a critical part in talent acquisition, intern program management, and providing HR support for a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of corporate and/or agency experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage confidently with corporate leadership. This is a 6+ month contract position in Budd Lake, NJ. Onsite 3x per week. Please only local candidates apply. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for 20–25 open roles spanning corporate/specialty positions and manufacturing/operations/supply chain. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview processes. Leverage data and metrics to track, analyze, and improve recruitment outcomes. Intern Program Management Oversee intern hiring and program management, from planning to onboarding (20–30 interns annually). Collaborate with leadership to align intern programming with business needs. Ensure a positive and structured intern experience. Employee Relations & HR Support Provide guidance on minor employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate. Maintain compliance with policies, processes, and employment laws. Support HR reporting, data management, and metrics tracking. Qualifications
3–6 years of HR experience, ideally blending corporate and agency backgrounds. Experience in beauty, fragrance, flavors, CPG, or retail industries a strong plus. Proven success in high-volume recruiting across corporate and operations roles. Strong data management, organizational, and reporting skills; metrics-driven mindset. Experience hiring and managing intern programs highly preferred. Polished communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior leadership. Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, plus strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills. Ideal Candidate Profile
