Lead Teacher 2 role at Inside Higher Ed. The Lead Teacher supervises and integrates all daily and long-term planning for the classroom in collaboration with the support team and other classroom team members. Lead teachers ensure that the social, emotional, physical, and educational needs of the children are met based on the center's philosophy, curriculum, policies, and state licensing rules. They consistently implement, evaluate, and communicate classroom programming, routines, and procedures. Additionally, they are required to manage the classroom by completing the necessary paperwork, training, evaluating staff, and problem-solving with the team and parents. Our teachers implement health, safety, and security processes and procedures, including CACFP meal counting. They participate in professional development and center-wide and university teams, as well as individually planned activities. Required Qualifications
Associate\'s degree or a Bachelor\'s degree in a non-relevant field. Two years of relevant experience required. Additional Information
