Description Produce gaming revenues with new database guests in excess of the agreed upon goal and within company guidelines. Explain promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Explain the benefits and privileges of using a player’s card. Improve customer service, develop and implement new promotions, and maintain and cultivate relationships with VIP customers. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Ability to approve credit and manage reinvestments on guests by applying complimentary guidelines. Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits, filling event bases on play criteria, acquiring new and inactive business, and approving credit.
Qualifications
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
Be well organized and detail-oriented.
Be available to work the shifts necessary to complete functions and responsibilities.
Obtain Gaming Registration.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in surveillance operations and activities.
Have at least two years of experience (preferred).
Possess basic computer skills.
Work quickly and accurately under high stress situations.
Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operational profits.
