The ideal candidate is skilled in all aspects of hairstyling, has an existing clientele, and is looking for a professional environment to continue building their business. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for excellent guest service are essential. Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your station and shared spaces Build and maintain positive client relationships and ensure an exceptional guest experience Contribute to a supportive and upbeat team environment Qualifications
Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License Minimum of 2 years of experience behind the chair Established clientele preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits
