In addition to the base salary, the applicant could receive a monthly incentive based on financial results that meet or exceed budgeted percentages for Labor and Cost of Goods Sold. Manages a large franchise restaurant kitchen. Oversees all food production operations and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures. Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintains budgeted food and kitchen labor costs and proper inventories. Formulates instructions and gives direction necessary to operate a fluid, efficient food production operation. Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items. As a second level supervisor, reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors and employees. Conducts management reviews of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Work experience managing or directing the activities of a full-service Franchise-style restaurant (e.g., steakhouse). Minimum two years of experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager in a full-service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. Possess a High School Graduate or General Education Degree. Possess experience managing 50+ employees. Possess experience in training new employees. If selected, you will be required to complete five (5) months of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT) at a location specified by Texas Roadhouse (not Tacoma, WA). You will also participate in one (1) month of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) training. Training and travel expenses will be paid or compensated under temporary duty status for the employee only. About the company
