Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst – Private Label plays a key role in driving growth across Lamb Weston’s private label portfolio. This role serves as the connection between Marketing & Innovation, Sales, Category Leadership, Product Development, and Supply Chain – ensuring our private label business delivers category-leading insights, innovation, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical rigor with a brand-builder mindset – supporting strategic planning, retailer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives that elevate our private label portfolio. Portfolio Strategy & Insights

Partner with Marketing, Category Leadership and Sales partners to assess category dynamics, competitive activity, and customer trends to inform portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines. Build clear, fact-based storytelling for internal alignment and retailer discussions. Innovation & Commercial Activation

Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales on commercialization of new items — from ideation to launch — ensuring alignment with retailer strategy, category need states, and margin targets. Support stage-gate and product development processes with data analysis, financial modeling, and post-launch tracking. Lead packaging development and product claims validation for private label projects, in partnership with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Retailer & Customer Collaboration

Support Category Leadership in retailer-specific business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations that position Lamb Weston as a strategic partner in driving category growth. Translate consumer and category insights into compelling customer presentations and sell-in materials. Track customer product performance and provide ongoing updates on KPIs such as share, velocity, margin, and supply metrics. Support customer-specific asks for Private Label portfolio, including facilitating and coordinating audit requirements from our partners Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the marketing point of contact for internal sales, finance, and operations partners supporting the private label business. Contribute to annual business planning and long-range strategic initiatives. Champion process improvement and standardization of reporting tools, templates, and insights communication. Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, required 2 – 4 years relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or finance analytics, or suitable combination of education and experience to meet position requirements and management expectations Consummate team player capable of working across the organization Highly detail-oriented Self-starter Ability to travel independently and meet Company driving standards Industry-Competitive Benefits
