Job Description
As a
Security Professional - Industrial Patrol
in
Sedalia, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you'll monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‑related incidents and contribute to a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help prevent unwanted activity, and deliver outstanding customer service through strong communication. What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including interior and perimeter areas.
Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any suspicious circumstances.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Document and communicate all incidents and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal procedures and client‑specific guidelines.
Assist with controlling access to the facility and verify credentials as required.
Support emergency response efforts by communicating with site management and first responders when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
