Overview As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This role will support the Facilities Management functional area and provide support to the Facilities Operations Managers regarding all repairs and vendor management. This role is on-site Monday–Friday in Plainsboro, NJ for a health, nutrition and beauty sector company.
What you’ll do
Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are implemented and followed.
Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
Collect information and reports to assess performance and progress.
File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Monitor activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
Deliver outputs by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
What you’ll need
High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Prior support of data entry, work order management, and vendor management within facilities preferred.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Residents: CBRE carefully considers compensation factors including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $45k and the maximum is $55k. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
