Senior Lateral Attorney Recruitment Manager; AV Preeminent® Rated Attorney The Tampa, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation.

Candidates must have experience in all facets of litigation including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial.

Admission to the Florida Bar is required and bankruptcy experience is a plus. Some portable business experience is a plus, but is not required.

Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice comprises attorneys who regularly handle state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory proceedings for local, national and international clients, as well as federal, state and local agencies.

Clients include Fortune 500 corporations, national and international corporations, small and local businesses, and individuals and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, banking, insurance, investment, medical services, technology, telecommunications, construction, sports and entertainment, among others.
