Executive Assistant to CEO of Exclusive Membership Organization
The CEO of a rapidly growing start‑up seeks a highly qualified Executive Assistant to provide hands‑on support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, and highly organized—someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, keeps things on track, and can think one step ahead.
Qualifications
5 years or more of assistant experience (or equivalent)
BA/BS from a competitive U.S. college
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and comfortable with project‑management systems
High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Collaborative, proactive working style (anticipates needs, not just reacts)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Act as communication hub: screen calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Maintain and prioritize a complex daily calendar and to‑do list
Coordinate meetings and itineraries, ensuring the CEO is always prepared
Provide office support such as ordering lunches, organizing supplies, and coordinating benefits/401(k) logistics
Plan and support company events and team gatherings
Arrange travel (domestic & international), including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
Oversee household and property management across multiple residences, liaising with staff, vendors, and contractors
Manage personal and business expenses, budgets, bill payments, and coordinate with accountants and advisors
Plan and support private events, dinners, and social functions
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $125,000 per year
