Sales Support Officer

in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.

What will you do? Under the supervision of the

Sales Support & Performance Monitoring Supervisor , you will have to do the following tasks:

Follow up and monitor the hedging activities of national and international industrial customers (BtoB markets).

Interface and cooperate with internal departments such as:

The Regulatory function in order to incorporate the updates issued by ARERA related to the cost items of GAS and Electricity invoices for inclusion in the billing systems.

The Billing team to develop any IT evolutions due to business needs and/or regulatory updates.

The Finance area for checking monthly closing activities.

The IT department for managing internal IT tools and assuring continuous improvement of them.

The Internal credit risk and KYC‑AML team.

Follow up on monthly GAS and EE index updates and report into billing IT systems.

Monthly final price calculation of energy component to be invoiced and related internal CRM update.

Manage client relationships to handle any requests/claims about technical bill/contract features.

Manage the IT portal for customer support, creating and updating contracts, monitoring data on customers in portfolio (master records, utilities consumption and bills).

Assure forecast analysis or final reports to be delivered to portfolio clients.

About you

2 years of experience in sales support roles in the energy commodity sector.

Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of the Office Package. Power BI is a plus.

High level of analytical and data management skills.

Innovative mind‑set and digital‑oriented.

Ability to adapt and quick learner.

Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
