The Building Experience and Amenity Manager will take ownership of integrating the partnership between Landlord, Property Management, and Vendors, and manage the day-to-day experience of shared tenant spaces in a large downtown office tower. What Were Looking For

7-10 years of work experience in Operations, Hospitality, Community Management, or other relevant business operations Experience being a people manager and directly leading a team of 10+ Ability to work independently with an extremely reliable and excellent work ethic Someone who enjoys continuous change and improvement Ability to represent Industrious and Landlord interests to outside vendors and Landlords Ability to develop strong relationships with external vendors, partnerships, and tenants Ability to understand audiences and appropriately tailor communication internally and externally Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Deep passion for hospitality and employee engagement Ability to gather data and build as you go Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to identify problems and implement solutions Experience in gDrive file management Experience in gSheets/Excel Experience in Airtable a plus Experience in Triple Seat a plus Responsibilities

Tenant Experience and General Management: embody Industrious and Landlord values in all interactions; build strong bonds with occupiers and act as a resource for workplace experience, HR, and office managers; resolve issues with stakeholders; ensure team alignment with expectations; manage landlord bill backs and provide full P&L reporting for amenity and building-wide experience Membership Management: sell, market, and manage Access Memberships; manage sales funnel, tours, membership portal, communications, collateral, and revenue reporting; onboard Members according to standard and manage recurring billing and F&B credits Third Party Vendor Management: align vendors on amenity reservations, catering, events; lead hospitality standards for all staff; oversee fitness center and programming; manage food and beverage outlets and events; ensure clean reporting of facilities issues Community Programming and Building Communications: manage Community Manager and events calendar; handle budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and reporting; execute event marketing strategies across app, signage, and newsletters Branded Hospitality & Service Culture: develop proprietary service principles; advise on visitor management and lobby arrival; implement hospitality processes to support occupiers and guests; deliver hospitality standards and communications aligned with the calendar; support leasing with tours and gifting programs Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. The final base pay is determined by work experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. You will also be eligible for up to 12% in performance-related bonus pay. Base and bonus are part of Industrious total compensation package, with additional benefits including healthcare plans, paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k, and other benefits, subject to eligibility and policies.
