What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
Acquire knowledge and proficiency in PBM and mail order resources to effectively assist members and clients
Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
Exceptional phone and listening skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
