FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate- Manager at EY. This role involves tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts. Location: Anywhere in the United States (New York or Remote). Responsibilities

Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). Assist companies with all aspects of the preparation of the tax provision. Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment; assess tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred. Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS. Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Preferred/Additional

Strong ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience; experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; relevant tax experience in business or industry with broad exposure to federal income taxation. What we look for

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
