What you’ll do Evaluate, diagnose, and design individualized plans of care for a diverse outpatient caseload (post-op, sports, spine, general MSK, balance) Deliver evidence-based care: manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-ed, functional training, and patient education Document clearly and efficiently in EMR; coordinate with referring providers Participate in bi-weekly skill workshops, case reviews, and quality-improvement projects Collaborate with PTAs/aides and support a positive, learning-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications DPT from an accredited program (or graduating soon) California PT license (or eligibility in process) Strong communication skills and a growth mindset Comfort working in a team and delivering patient-centered care
