As an Automation Developer at Stellaxius, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing seamless integrations between systems and driving process automation initiatives. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into innovative and scalable solutions that enable business growth and operational efficiency.

Your key activities will include:

Designing and implementing system integrations across multiple platforms, including Salesforce and third-party applications.

Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and technical leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Supporting the full software delivery lifecycle, from design to deployment, testing, and ongoing support.

Troubleshooting integration and automation issues, ensuring smooth communication between systems and teams.

Participating in brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops, contributing ideas and solutions that improve the customer and employee experience.

Collaborating across internal teams and external stakeholders, breaking down silos and promoting open communication.

Continuously improving your knowledge through certifications, trainings, and exposure to new technologies, such as MuleSoft, IDP, Salesforce integrations, and advanced automation frameworks.

Staying up to date with emerging technologies, continuously learning and advising on the adoption of new tools to improve integration and automation capabilities.

What are we Looking for:

3+ years of experience in systems integration, process automation, or API development.

Proven expertise with MuleSoft integration and automation solutions.

Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations and working with Salesforce APIs.

Leveraging automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Appian) to streamline business processes and enhance operational performance.

Using BPMN and other process design methodologies to map and optimize workflows.

Implementing RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.

Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) frameworks and AI-driven automation.

Strong programming background in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.

Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
