drive customers to explain our buyback program and provide an exceptional
experience while we provide the customer with an accurate proposal for their
current vehicle. They also support our BDC team with generated leads from
customers inquiring about vehicles on our website or lot.*** No prior automotive experience is needed; we provide all the training you need for success!* Service to sales specialists enjoy flexible schedules and competitive pay plans. We are the #1 volume Toyota dealership!* Our dealership sees an average of 1500+ clients a month – with our competitive pay structure (salary + bonus) and customer volume the opportunity for success is limitless!**What we offer:*** A culture of caring, belonging, and respect for everyone* Managers that people want to work with* Career growth and advancement* Leadership development, innovative training, and learning systems* Competitive compensation plans* 401k retirement plans with company match* Comprehensive health benefits packages, including telehealth and behavioral health services* Industry-leading maternity and paternity leave* Relocation packages* Paid employee referral program* Recognition and bonus programs* Paid time off, bereavement, and vacation benefits* Employee discounts on parts, service, vehicle purchases, and local entertainment**Responsibilities:*** Greet all guests in the service drive area and interact with them about their* current vehicle* Explain our buyback system and gauge customer interest in trading in/upgrading their vehicle with us* Create proposals* Collect necessary information and work directly with the service and sales team throughout the buyback process* Continuous follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email* Review daily appointments and set an action plan for the day* Provide customers with product information and hand off customers to the appropriate dealership personnel throughout the process* Assist the BDC department when additional support is needed* Answer incoming leads in the system during BDC coverage* Participate in team and process development sessions- keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management* Utilize CRM tracking system daily* Complete all campaign calling tasks* Set appointments with guests as needed* Other duties assigned by management**Qualifications:*** Prior customer service experience* Excellent teamwork skills* Positive and hardworking demeanor* Strong computer skills with the ability to use computer software* Eagerness to improve and collaborative attitude* Time management skills* Strong listening skills with ability to build rapport with others* Organizational skills* Valid Driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record* High school diploma or equivalent**Why Automotive:****Career growth:** Endless opportunities for career development within our organization, with development programs and training to get you where you want to be.**Stability:** Even through these uncertain times, Anderson Automotive Group was able to continue to provide excellence in our communities**Technology:** There is no industry more exciting than Automotive.
