- Strategically manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle incoming & outgoing communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Research and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity
- Event planning and coordination, including team offsites and external meetings
ABOUT YOU:
You're naturally proactive and adept at managing conflicting priorities. You always strive for excellence and proudly operate as the guiding force behind a company's successOn top of these characteristics, you'll need to have:
- 5+ years experience supporting a VP, or similar high-level executive directly in an Executive Search Firm, Recruiting or Staffing firm
- Experience with Thrive TRM is a must
- Discretion and maturity to work with sensitive information
- Adaptability to manage shifting schedules and changing priorities
- High-quality written English with a discerning eye for detail and confident communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
