- Operate automatic, transfer, and robotic stamping presses to meet production goals.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure parts meet required specifications.
- Use Plex software to log production data, downtime events, scrap, and inventory transactions.
- Set up jobs according to daily schedules and report any issues or changes to the supervisor.
- Follow packaging instructions and maintain accurate documentation in Plex.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors and maintenance teams about any machine or tooling issues .
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, ensuring tools are properly stored.
- Adhere to all safety and PPE requirements throughout the shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with press operation , punch press , or brake press , preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system updates.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses while in production areas.
